Four Walls Eight Windows is an independent press based in New York City. From its
inception in 1987 to the present day, its editorial focus has been on literary
edginess (once known as the 'avant-garde') and progressive politics. It
publishes about 24 books a year. Its roster of writers includes Michael
Brodsky, Andrei Codrescu, Sue Coe, Paul Di Filippo, Brian Evenson, Abbie
Hoffman, Gordon Lish, Rudy Rucker, John Yau and many others.
