Perhaps post a tag that says what level of critique one is looking for along with a poem? Thus, a person with moderate or substantive suggestions/issues won't waste time and effort on a poem that is only seeking tweaking. But, I think alot of us *cough cough me* greedily look for any help/suggestions they can get. So, maybe, just put a "tweaking only" tag when you aren't looking for alot of involved input, since it would otherwise be assumed that you welcome whatever you get, and consider it all, (even if you don't use or agree with it all).
