Now I’m getting a
That used to happen when the temperature changed
And I got some worried looks
Some ants crawled over my knee

Sometimes with drink and coffee I could go on and on
In the imaginary bed of Isabella Rossellini                   I never
And the ocean took care of the work
The last night or the night before

We made works of art out of works of art
And got thrown in jail with nothing to eat but marshmallows
This was in upstate New York
In the time of thin legs              I won’t say what

I could have killed someone
