Richard Carr:
Richard Carr has poems and essays in Poetry East, Exquisite Corpse, The Comstock Review, The North Stone Review and has published two chapbooks. His full-length poetry collection, Street Portraits, is forthcoming this year from The Backwaters Press, and another, Mister Martini, has been selected by Naomi Shihab Nye as the winner of the 2007 Vassar Miller Prize in Poetry and will be published in 2008 by the University of North Texas Press. He teaches in Minneapolis.
